Ticketing Questions
Will I be sent a ticket to the event?
Yes - Tickets will be sent out upon receipt of payment.
I've paid but haven't received a ticket – can I still get in?
If the event date is too close for you to receive your ticket through the mail, you will be able to collect your tickets from the Customer Service area during registration. Please bring with you a copy of your event confirmation (which will be sent to your email address) as well as Proof of Identity.
What do I need to do if I have bought more than one ticket?
If more than one ticket is purchased, all of the tickets will be sent out to the person who has booked and paid for the tickets. You MUST notify Empowernet of the details of all the ticket holders (name, address, mobile & email address) prior to the event otherwise they will not be able to register and gain entry. Please email us on info@empowernet.com.au with all of the Ticket holder details.
If more than one ticket is purchased and the event date is too close for you to receive your tickets through the mail, all of the tickets will be at the Customer Service Ticket collection area during registration.
If the ticket holder changes do I need to let Empowernet know?
Yes you do. Please email us immediately: info@empowernet.com.au
Is there allocated seating?
The seats are not allocated, it is unreserved seating, therefore you can sit anywhere you like in your seating section.
I have booked a group of tickets, can we all sit together?
The seating is unreserved, you and your group will need to arrive early so you can try and get seats together.
Registration Questions
Do I have to register at the event even though I have my ticket?
Yes everyone MUST register when they arrive at the venue. If you do not register you will not gain entry into the event.
When you register for the event you will receive a wristband and this is how we know whether you have registered or not. If you do not have a wristband, you will not get entry into the event.
What time does registration open?
Registration opens at 10:00am on Friday 27th April. It is advisable to come early to the event, to avoid the rush & get a good seat in the house.
Doors open at 1:00pm to gain entry into the event.
What if I arrive late, can I still register?
Yes you can, the registration desk will be open for the entire event, but we encourage you to get there as soon as you can.
What do I need to bring along to registration?
You MUST bring your ticket. This is your entry into the event.
What do I receive at registration?
You will receive: workbook, wristband (this must be worn at all times during the event) and name badge.
Where do I go to register at the event?
You will be directed by the staff to the registration area.
You will go to the registration desk in accordance with the ticket class you have. If you have a Diamond ticket you will register in the Diamond lounge, if you have a VIP ticket you will register at the VIP counter & if you have a GOLD ticket you will register at the GOLD counter.

Event Questions
What are the event hours?
The times below for the seminar are approximate times only. Tony is committed to the highest standard of presentation and insists that all material is covered, therefore the schedule may vary.
Friday 27th April 1:30pm - 12midnight
Saturday 28th April 9:00am - 10:30pm
Sunday 29th April 9:00am - 12midnight
Monday 30th April 9:30am - 6:00pm

What should I wear to the event?
Please dress comfortably, making sure you bring a sweater or jacket to each session, as the room can become quite chilly. At Tony’s request, the temperature in the arena can fluctuate from cool to quite warm, depending on how much activity is going on. We suggest you dress in layers to accommodate a range in temperature so that you’re comfortable at all times.
Can I take photos or film any of the event?
No. All cameras are prohibited at the event. This includes camera phones.
Are there any age restrictions at UPW?
It is recommended that 13 years & under is too young for the event. For anyone older than this, it is up to the parents to make the decision on whether they feel their child is old enough to experience this event. This is due to the intensity of the event, the language & some of the content.
Is there any catering at the event?
There is no catering at the event so we encourage you to bring lots of snacks & a refillable water bottle. There are plenty of eating facilities at the venue and within close proximity to the venue.
Will there be a place to store my luggage at the venue?
Yes, there will be a luggage store room where you can store your luggage on both days of the event if required.

How do I get to the venue?

Is there parking at the venue?

How far is the venue from the airport?
By taxi: 25 – 35minutes (depending on traffic).
By bus: allow 1 hour
